2018 OPEN ENROLLMENT is here - August 20th thru September 7th
Open Enrollment can be done on-line directly through Employee Self-service in Workday. You should have received a benefit packet with details on the benefits plan(s) and directions on how to complete your Open Enrollment through Workday.
What is open enrollment? Open enrollment is the time of year that you are able to make changes to your current benefit plan(s). That is correct:
- If you waived coverage previously, you are able to enroll,
- If you want to add or delete dependents, now is the time,
- If you decide you don’t need your coverage, you are able to waive it,
- If you would like to change from one plan to another or enroll or waive in additional plans, you are able to do so at Open Enrollment.
Please remember that if you plan on adding any new dependents, you will need their date of birth and social security number to enroll them at open enrollment. Also, if adding a spouse with a different last name a copy of your marriage license will be needed to approve this change.
